We are seeking an experienced Project Manager from the Financial Services industry. This position is ideal for someone with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, clear project management experience, and familiarity with working with a variety of stakeholders to provide sustainable business solutions for complex challenges.

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Country Manager, as Operations Officer you will be focusing on all back-office duties related to fund allocation, deal settlements, payments and data reconciliation ensuring all payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner, complying with all AML procedures and deadlines.

We are looking for an individual who currently possesses the following skills:

  • Proficient at building relationships at all levels and influencing a range of senior stakeholders confidently,
  • Solution-focused approach and the ability to make objective decisions and recommendations. ·

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Developing project plans and critical paths for successful project delivery
  • RAID management and issue resolution
  • Defining business case or value add for change
  • Management of stakeholders and cross functional dependencies
  • Resource and project budget oversight
  • Challenging decision-making to help drive continuous innovative improvements.
  • Liaising with external third-party companies as necessary
  • You will inspire, motivate, and guide team members towards achieving project goals

Qualification & Experience

  • Experience within the system development life cycle of FX Transactions and Payment Infrastructure
  • Proven track record of success working on multiple projects and change management initiatives in a fast-paced and complex environment
  • Familiarity with EU and Global payments regulations and curiosity about emerging technologies.
  • Prince 2 proficiency (preferred)
