Job Purpose
Reporting to the Head of PMO, as Project Manager you will be focusing on overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the organisation. Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards. The role requires effective communication, leadership, and organisational skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Duties/Responsibilities

- Accountable for understanding Consumer Duty policy and procedures; partnering and collaborating within the team to achieve set standards.
Project Planning and Strategy :
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with organisational objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.
- Identify and allocate project resources.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation plans.
Team Coordination and Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and support project team members.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to track progress and resolve any issues.
Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders (internal and external).
- Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage client expectations and address any concerns or changes in scope.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and within limits.
- Monitor project expenditures and adjust plans as necessary to meet financial constraints.
- Measure/monitor the delivery of benefits associated with the project.
Quality Assurance and Risk Management:
- Ensure that project deliverables meet required quality standards.
- Identify potential project risks and implement risk management strategies.
- Resolve issues as they arise and mitigate any impact on project timelines or quality.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain thorough documentation for all aspects of the project.
- Prepare and submit regular status reports, including progress, risks, and financials.
- Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
