This is an office-based role. Supporting Account Managers, and general admin for the office and keeping client files up to date.  We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic team player who is confident to deal with clients on the phone and in person to join our dynamic team. The office is very busy, so will need to work well under pressure and to deadlines. Customer service is of the utmost importance, so a professional but friendly manner is essential.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Knowledgeable of market information and global economic news.
  • Process deals on the trading platform and respond to payment inquiries through multiple channels.
  • Efficiently onboard clients, including individuals and corporates, ensuring correct categorisation and adherence to compliance & regulatory requirements.
  • Review and conduct ongoing monitoring for clients.
  • Manage and update client files, ensuring up-to-date and accurate records.
  • Maintain client management to ensure that payments go out on time following verification and validation, and enhanced Due Diligence is updated and maintained where appropriate.
  • Oversee and manage online registrations, including calling leads and completing registrations.
  • Liaise with traders for client currency requirements.
  • Take responsibility for the identification, management and escalation of risks that relate to your role and any activities for which you have any level of responsibility.
  • Escalate all client issues promptly to appropriate levels to ensure a consistently high level of service.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails promptly, resolving queries at the first point of contact and ensuring prompt and professional service.
  • Act as a brand ambassador in all interactions, observing proper standards of professional conduct and ensuring you are aware of, understand, and comply with all regulatory requirements applicable to your role.
  • Work effectively within the Account Manager team to maximise potential and deliver results.
  • Seek to improve processes and workflows, providing solutions to operational problems and suggesting improvements.
  • Support in the creation, review, and update of procedures with the wider team.
  • Complete other duties relevant to your role as assigned by your Line Manager.

 

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum 1-year office experience.
  • A high level of IT experience, familiar with Microsoft packages.
  • Good level of English & Maths.
  • Some sales experience is useful.
  • Fluent in English (Spanish speaking is not essential but beneficial).
