We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Success Manager to join our busy and growing Broker Team.

Job Purpose

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you are the linchpin of client engagement and satisfaction within our organisation. Your primary focus is to foster robust and enduring relationships with our brokers, ensuring they receive exceptional service. In this role, you will not only resolve problems but also proactively champion our brokers’ needs, ensuring a consistently positive experience with our company. Your commitment and expertise are crucial to our success and our brokers’ contentment.

  • Accountable for understanding Consumer Duty policy and procedures; partnering and collaborating within the team to achieve set standards
  • Exceptional Client Service: Act as the primary point of contact for brokers, delivering exemplary support and nurturing strong relationships. Your aim is to guarantee a flawless experience with our products and services
  • Efficient Issue Resolution: Quickly and effectively resolve any broker issues with our systems, demonstrating prompt response, vigilance, and problem-solving prowess
  • Internal Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, like Payments and Compliance, to facilitate swift and accurate transfers
  • System Management: Masterfully manage and resolve incoming requests using Zendesk, maintaining an organised and efficient workflow

Qualification & Experience

  • High proficiency in Zendesk and other customer service platforms
